OwnEZ Inc. is an exciting new start-up that aims to match home buyers with private investors. The Company is active in Indiana and is aiming to expand nationwide.
The Customer Service Representative is regularly engaged in servicing the applicants for the OwnEZ program. OwnEZ generates, through its network, both home buyers, and investors leads. The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting the home buyers.
- Communicate with prospective home buyers and educate them about the OwnEZ program.
- Provide consumers with a superior level of customer service.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Two (2) year college degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
KNOWLEDGE,SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to quickly connect with people in an outgoing, friendly manner
- Strong sense of responsibility for completing work quickly and accurately
- Detail-orientation with efficient focus on work activities
- Careful decision-making skill with ability to avoid mistakes
- Excellent oral, written, listening, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently
